G & G Living Centers, Inc. | Immediate Care Facility for MR

Intermediate Care Facility for Mental Retardation (ICF/MR) services are designed to meet the needs of individuals requiring a higher level of care. G & G Living Centers, Inc. owns and operates six 3,900 sq. ft. custom built, single story wheelchair assessable homes with patios and landscaped yards. Each home is staffed with highly trained Living Support Staff (LSS) and is overseen by an on-site Program Manager or Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP). Each individual enjoys his/her own bedroom to decorate as they choose.

Individualized service plans are developed to meet the unique needs of the person being served. G & G Living Centers, Inc. works with a team of consultants to ensure that individuals reach their best possible health. Each individual receives annual consultations from a team of health professionals including- Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and a Dietitian. Individuals participate in meaningful activities at our Activity Center in Guttenberg, IA to help them reach their personal goals and interests. Individuals are encouraged to participate in community activities and enjoy local events such as picnics, shopping, local sporting events, dances, and concerts on evenings and weekends.
