Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), or Waiver services, are designed to facilitate an individual’s goal of living more independently. G & G Living Centers, Inc. assists individuals to achieve their maximum physical, social and psychological potential and quality of life. HCBS placement is available for individuals with an approved waiver slot and diagnosis of mental retardation or a brain injury. G & G Living Centers, Inc. offers a variety of services to meet the needs of individuals looking for HCBS services including- Supported Community Living (SCL), Daily and Hourly services, and Home & Vehicle Modification.
Our highly trained HCBS program managers work closely with the individual receiving services, the parent and/or guardian, and the targeted case manager to coordinate all individualized needs of the consumer. With primary focus on daily living skills including- household skills, community involvement, budgeting, cooking skills, nutrition and knowledge of individual rights.
